The minimalist subtlety is achieved using the impasto technique, i.e., pallet knife painting. Exalted is painted on wood for maximum durability, and is displayed in a wood floater frame. The title draws attention to 2 Nephi 22:4: And in that day shall ye say: Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. The righteous will praise and declare His name.
