1. How do I initiate a return? For information on our return policy and the process for initiating a return, please visit our detailed Return Policy page. We've designed this page to guide you through the steps, making the process as straightforward as possible.

 

2. Do you offer custom framing? On the majority of our canvases we can offer a black, white, silver, gold, and oak wood floating frame. We do not currently offer framing for our prints, but we have an extensive list of Amazon recommended frames we can send upon request. 

 

3. How can I contact you for assistance? Should you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with a return, you can reach us at Support@jesusisthechristprints.com or use the customer contact portal. Our dedicated support team is here to assist you promptly.

 

4. What is your policy for damaged artwork? Artwork that arrived damaged likely qualified for immediate replacement. Artwork that qualifies for a replacement includes items that arrived bent, ripped, or discolored in a manner inconsistent with the display on our website. If you believe your artwork meets these criteria, please send in a photo of the damaged AND the original packaging.

 

5. What is the quality level? We print our artwork using the Canon PRO4100 and Epson 9570 printers, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail in every piece. We use only a high quality pigment ink quick helps prevent sun and time decay. We print on archival fine art matte paper, an exceptional type of giclée paper, bringing you the best visual and physical display for the artwork. 

 

6. What should I provide when submitting pictures of damaged artwork for replacement? To expedite the replacement process, please include clear photos of the damaged artwork and the original packaging. This helps us assess whether the damage occurred during packaging or transit, and assists us in enhancing our operations.

 

7. Can returns be denied due to suspected abuse of the policy? While we encourage a fair and transparent relationship with our customers, we reserve the right to deny a return in cases of suspected abuse. For instance, consistent returns of multiple purchases, might be considered abuse. We value your understanding in maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship.

 

8. Do you ship to countries outside the United States? Currently, we offer free shipping within the United States, and paid shipping to Canada. However, we are working towards expanding our reach to the EU and UK within the next 6 months. We appreciate your patience as we strive to offer our services globally.

 

9. Do you offer wholesale options for vendors? Yes, we do offer wholesale options for certain vendors. If you're interested in our wholesale program, please email us at bekka@jesusisthechristprints.com for more details. We require that our artwork is not sold below our current prices to maintain the value of our offerings.

 

10. What is the tone of communication I can expect from your company? Our aim is to provide friendly and professional communication at all times. We're here to ensure your experience with Jesus is the Christ Prints is both enjoyable and rewarding.

 

11. I ordered two canvases, why did I only receive one? You second one is on the way! If you ordered two or more canvases in different sizes, we ship the canvases separately so the smaller canvas doesn't dig into the larger canvas(s).
