At Jesus is the Christ Prints, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality artwork and a high-quality experience. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise that lead you to consider a return. Our goal is to make the return process as straightforward and convenient as possible. Please read our return policy below for more information:
1. Returns for Non-Damaged Artwork: If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. No reasons are required for returns, but your feedback is valuable to us. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at Support@jesusisthechristprints.com or through our customer portal here.
2. Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you. To expedite the replacement process, please provide us with photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging. We'll then send you a replacement at no additional cost. Damaged items will not need to be returned.
3. Exchanges: We offer an exchange option for customers who wish to select a different artwork. To initiate an exchange, follow these steps: a) Contact our customer support team to request an exchange. b) We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the artwork back to us. c) Upon receiving the artwork, we'll issue you an in-store credit for the full value of the returned item, which you can use towards your exchange.
4. International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at Support@jesusisthechristprints.com for assistance and we'll be happy to make it right.
5. Custom-Made Artwork: Please note that custom-made artwork is not eligible for returns unless it arrives damaged. We do not offer returns for personalized pieces.
6. Return Shipping: For returns of non-damaged artwork, we provide a prepaid return label. Simply affix the label to the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
7. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Return Conditions: Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, free from damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return request.
