WITH THE CLOSE OF THE BUSINESS, ALL SALES ARE NOW FINAL AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED.
If your artwork is damaged, please let us know within 30 days and we will send a replacement.
At Jesus is the Christ Prints, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality artwork and a high-quality experience. We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise that lead you to consider a return. Our goal is to make the return process as straightforward and convenient as possible. Please read our return policy below for more information:
1. Returns for Non-Damaged Artwork: If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. No reasons are required for returns, but your feedback is valuable to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return request, if we feel our policy is being abused. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning artwork. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at Support@jesusisthechristprints.com or through our customer portal here.
2. Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you. To expedite the replacement process, please provide us with photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging. We'll then send you a replacement at no additional cost. Damaged items will not need to be returned.
3. International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at Support@jesusisthechristprints.com for assistance and we'll be happy to make it right.
4. Custom-Made Artwork: Please note that custom-made artwork is not eligible for returns unless it arrives damaged. We do not offer returns for personalized pieces.
5. Return Shipping: For returns of non-damaged artwork, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Upon emailing customer support with your return request, we will provide the return address.
6. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Return Conditions: Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, free from damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return request.
