I created this piece to capture the powerful moment when Jesus walked upon the water and called to His disciples, “Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.” The image is meant to remind us that even when the waters around us feel uncertain or frightening, the Savior is near. His presence brings peace in the midst of the storm, and His gentle invitation to be not afraid is just as meaningful to us today. Digital artwork created with Midjourney, Procreate, Photoshop. Created 2025.

Story Behind the Art

About the Artist

I have loved art and creating since I was a little girl. Over the years, that love has grown into a desire to create artwork that points others towards Christ.
My work is inspired by the life of Jesus Christ and the peace and hope found in Him. Through a realistic, painterly style, I try to capture quiet moments and beautiful scenes that invite the viewer to pause, reflect, and feel a little closer to the Savior.
My hope is that each piece brings a sense of peace and reminds those who see it of Christ's love, His presence, and the hope He offers us. It is a privilege to create artwork that can help bring that feeling into people's homes and lives.
