A little about this painting, inspired by both CS Lewis and something an institute teacher spoke about in college. He spoke about how in life we are given crowns of thorns. It's how we wear our crowns that those burdens and trials sanctify us. Transforming our trials from a circle of sticks into a crown that can them be humbly worn in gratitude of our savior. He who's Grace transformed us.
